Lunches are included for you at popular local restaurants, so you can taste authentic Chinese food. Your guide will be there to help you order the dishes.

We left the evening meals for you to make your own arrangements, as having dinner is part of the discovery of cuisine and you might want to explore all the options on your own. Our guides will be pleased to make recommendations based on your taste preferences. If you want us to prepare for you a trouble-free meal, just let us know.

Vegetarian, halal, kosher, Indian, or gluten-free — our experienced private guides can cater to all your dietary requirements.

Now the question arises about health

which is the most complex and maybe the world's most scary?

The concern is that most of the dishes are filled with artery-blocking oils and sucrose sauces  not to mention a taste enhancer named monosodium glutamate (MSG), which might trigger your appetite. The typical Chinese take-out dish will comfortably contain calories, fat and sodium in more than a day's worth.

For example, a serving of Panda Express' orange chicken will cost you 490 calories and a whopping 820 milligrams of sodium—and that doesn't count the fried rice and egg rolls.
